K i m posting the method.I'm sure most of you guys know but just in case .
*Warning - please save your current registry settings before doing this hack.
windows logo key + R > type "regedit" > on the left side click on "Hkey_Local_Machine" > From here Click on "System" >navigate to CurrentControlSet > Click on Control > On the right hand side you will see a menu here select > WaittokillService >Right Click on this and select modify >
this brings up a window > in this change the number from 20000 to 5000
you can even try 1000 but don't try anything below this.
